Terms

All characters commissioned belong to there respective owners and designers, however the artist reserves the right to share finished works and WIP on social media unless otherwise spoken about before commission was accepted.

when your are securing a commission, trade, or other item from me if you do not respond within a reasonable and timely manner it will be assume that you are no longer interested and your Slot may go to someone else.

All commissions will be sketched and sent to the commissioner for approval before payment is made, because of this the payment is taken as the buyers commitment to the artist and no refunds will be issued if the buyer decides to back out, only shipping fees are eligible for refund. Full refunds will be offered if I am not physically able to complete a commission.

It is the buyer's responsibility to make sure they're characters are accurate when approving sketches, this applies to line art, markings, and colors if included in sketch or proof. Once a buyer approves a sketch there will be no corrections made on the piece. Any errors will fall under the buyers responsibility of not properly checking the sketch before approval.

in regards to physical items
Colors may differ slightly on physical items, from images sent for buyer approval due to the nature of different monitors

Physical items may be redone if error is made on the artists part (such as completely inaccurate colors, however as stated above it is the buyer's responsibility to check the lineart to make sure their characters features are correct before approving the piece. No corrections or redos will occur for a feature of a character missing or being portrayed inaccurately) , with the buyer being only responsible for shipping cost.
